I love redemption stories!! Usually when I writing a character I don't like, it's because I haven't gotten to the heart of her yet. Sometimes I can't get to the heart until after that first draft...but once I know why she is the way she is, its easier to help her find that redemptive storyline. Good luck!Kristina Knighthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13674920511835640874noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-133132309124375119.post-78923578038416271702014-06-27T11:40:37.308-04:002014-06-27T11:40:37.308-04:00Yes, actually, I have. I got more comments on how much ppl don't like her than did. But by the end of the book she's a lot better and warmer.D'Annhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05333880627045486088noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-133132309124375119.post-12934486328025454182014-06-27T09:30:50.692-04:002014-06-27T09:30:50.692-04:00The only adult novel that I've ever written wa...The only adult novel that I've ever written was told from three viewpoints--and none of them were "good" people. They were essentially anti-heroes--two ended up killing someone. And you actually rooted for one of the murderers.Or at least that was my intention.

Good luck! And a challenge, because she has to get likable before the reader gives up on her. Good luck with this, Shawn!Liz Flahertyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06794565644883272260noreply@blogger.com
