In a Writer's Head

My brain is jumping all over the place this morning, so writing something here that actually means something is just wishful thinking...Instead, here is a bit of what's going on in the grey matter....

I am loving the new season of Revenge...and I don't want it to end but I want to know the Bad People get what's coming to them. And I want Emily (aka the Real Amanda) to get Jack.

I should really get to work.

Cliffhanger. Doesn't have a great story or even good acting, but there is that beautiful scenery. Biceps, lats, pecs, buttockius amazingus courtesy of Sylvester Stallone. The next time I watch, I may just mute it and enjoy.

I think my Coca-Cola collecting obsession may be getting out of control -- is has morphed from the kitchen to the rec room and is threatening to invade the bedroom.

As much as I'm enjoying the fall scenery...I'd kinda like to have one more day of shorts/sandals weather.

I have too much work to do to be rambling like this.

Took a trip to Wally-World yesterday and completely forgot to pick up milk(dry cereal is not my idea of a good or even serviceable breakfast), but did pick up Wite-Out, however I don't have a typewriter and wite-out doesn't work on computers.

That quote to the right? And the picture? Yeah, forget a sensible breakfast, I want to bathe in chocolate.

What's on your mind today?

  1. LMBO...you sound like me when I've had to much coffee and chocolate!

Love your Coke obsession. I wanted to redo the kitchen a few years back with a Coke theme and my husband nixed that idea...(But I did get to paint my kitchen red). He's worked for Coke since birth and said there is no way after being at the job for 8 to 12 hours a day he wants to come home to find it plastered on his walls, shelves, counters and tables. LOL

Hope you get some milk! lol

    1. Our rec room is painted 'bulls-eye red'. But that's actually coke-red..so ...milk is on the list today...wonder what else I'll grab that I don't need...

  3. what a great post...what's on my mind? Too mundane to even tell you but behind the mundaneness (word?!) is smooth, chocolate velvety sensuous thoughts for the musician in my life right now...happy sigh! Mundanity and sensuousness -- do they mix LOL.

    2. In fact, the more mundane every day life is, the more sensuous the other thoughts should be, just to compensate. Like a balancing trick. Sorry Kristi, you've got my own SOC going at the moment....could go on forever oh except I have school pick up. See...mundane! (now need to compensate lol I have to stop!)
