A time to mourn

The shootings in Sandy Hook School in Newtown, CT broke all our hearts--I know of no one who does not feel lessened, wounded in a deep and integral way that we're not going to get over any time soon. All of our lives have been changed, though none as forcibly and awfully as the families of the victims.

It is to these 26 people and the ones who love them that we dedicate this post. As we railed out our helplessness the other day and wished for something to do or something to say, a friend quoted, "Don't just do something, stand there." You are in our thoughts and our prayers. And we will stand here and grieve with you.
